The colors of shown products on website can be slightly changed than the actual product.
What Payment methods does SAJNI accept?
For now, SAJNI.COM.PK is offering only Cash on Delivery service on all orders.

Yes, Sajni ensures the privacy of our customers’ personal information, and we do not share or sell their details to any third party. We also have agreements with our partners to ensure the protection of our customers’ personal data.
What are your Shipping Charges?
Sajni delivers all across Pakistan, and the delivery charge is just 200 PKR.
How do I get sale or promotional messages from Sajni?
Sajni.com.pk sends promotional messages only to registered customers.
How can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, Sajni..com.pk does not offer exchange services due to different brand policies, unless the product is defective.
What should I do if I received the incorrect product or defective goods?
You can register your complaint at 0309-2222731 or send images of the defective items to info@sajni.pk within 24 hours. Our customer care team will assist you accordingly.
How can I search a product on the website?
All products have their unique codes, and Sajni.com.pk also provides a separate category for each designer on the website. You can enter the code in the search bar to find the related product.
How will I know if Sajni has received my order?
The SAJNI team will call you to confirm your order. You will also receive your tracking number and other details via email.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Sajni.pk delivers all orders within 10 to 15 days. The delivery time depends on how long the designer takes to make the dress.
How should I proceed if my delivery was missed?
In case your order is not delivered, the courier company will hold it for 72 hours and contact you again.
After an order has been made, can I change the delivery or billing address?
Yes, you can make changes to your order within 24 hours of it being processed. After that, no changes can be made.
